2023 Soaring Eagle Campers Adlar 6.5XL

The ADLAR 6.5XL truck camper takes the concept of ultra entry level truck campers and adds some real functionality to it. To start with, we expanded on the design of our 6.5 camper by adding a roomy cab-over bed area and increased ceiling height. There is a nice sized dinette (30” wide) for enjoying meals, games or work, which also quickly converts to a second sleeping area. A large wardrobe offers great storage for clothes and other gear, while additional storage can be found in the dinette bases as well as the a passenger-side overhead cabinet which also houses a microwave oven. There is a ton of countertop space on either side of the coach, while a portable toilet is housed in a cabinet with hinged lid, providing even more countertop space. A popular option in the ADLAR 6.5XL is our North-South pull-out bed which expands the main bed to 80” in length! The battery box is designed into the dinette floor compartment and is easily accessible from inside the coach.

Each SOARING EAGLE features an exterior profile that provides an aerodynamic, gas mileage improving design, including a rear spoiler that also provides a great spot for our rear LED porch light and optional floor lights. The greatest feature of the ADLAR 6.5XL is it’s construction. While most entry level truck campers are made with wood members which are stapled together, SOARING EAGLE builds our rugged campers using tubular aluminum construction which is welded together. Not only is our construction stronger, it is lighter and will stand the test of time. It also is indifferent to rain, water, condensation and any moisture which is often the main cause of the demise of our wood-constructed competition.
